Warranty and Airline Damage

5-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
Volair Luggage is crafted from high-quality, durable materials with a strict commitment to exceptional workmanship. We proudly stand behind our products with a 5-year limited manufacturer’s warranty, which applies in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
This warranty covers manufacturing faults and material defects. Please note that it does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, misuse, or accidental damage. In the event of a valid warranty claim, Volair Luggage will rectify the fault via repair or replacement.
Transit & Airline Damage
Damage caused by airlines or other transit carriers is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this warranty. We strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting your luggage before leaving the airport or transit terminal. If your suitcase has been damaged in transit, please submit a claim directly with the airline’s baggage services desk before exiting the airport.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Retain Your Receipt: A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. We highly recommend scanning or photographing your receipt, as physical copies can fade over time.
Initiate Your Claim

Simply email our team at customerservice@volairluggage.com for step-by-step instructions, or return the suitcase along with your proof of purchase to the original retailer. If purchased online, the retailer will direct you to your nearest Authorised Volair Luggage Service Centre.
Assessment

An authorised repairer will assess your suitcase to determine if the fault falls under the manufacturer's warranty and advise you on the next steps.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all costs associated with transporting the suitcase to the relevant store or service centre, including packaging, shipping, and any applicable taxes.
